Water Bills

We received numerous calls this month from customers in Purdon and Barry who did not receive their bills or received them a lot later than usual. We assure you, the bills are mailed out by the 20th of each month. After talking to the post office, it seems to be a problem at the distribution center. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this. If you do not receive your bill, please call the office and we can give you the amount of your bill.

We encourage you to create an account with Payclix. Once you sign up with your email address, you will start receiving a copy of your bill via email. You will still receive a paper copy unless you opt out of paper billing.

Click here to be re-directed to the Payclix website and register your account. You will need your account number and the amount of the last bill you received. If you do not have that information, please feel free to call the office and we can assist you.
