Starting in July, the Navarro Mills WSC will be switching to a new billing platform. The new system wil be Payment Service Network (PSN).
Your old login for Pay Clix will not transfer to this new system. You will have to create a new login. Mid-July the Pay Now button on our website will automatically take you to the PSN site, where your account information will be.
You will need to set up new Auto Pays on PSN. In addition, we will not do bank drafts in-house. The Navarro Mills WSC Board of Directors has approved the Corporation to absorb all ACH check fees, so you will no longer have to pay for transaction fees on checks.
We will leave both payment services available for three (3) months in order for everyone to transition over.

Any tampering and/or damage to the corporation's water meters and/or antennas located on your property will result in a $1,250.00 Meter Tampering Fee.

Pay your bill online!!! Sign up for Just In Time Payments and recieve a reminder 2 days before your bill is due. The amount of your bill will be processed on the due date, avoiding late fees!
