Navarro Mills Water Supply Corporation offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
You now have the option to pay your bill online! To set up your account for online payments you will need your account number, the amount of your bill and an email address. Just click on the "Pay Your Bill Now" button to set up your account.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment on or before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Bank Draft Form and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check, or email it to email@example.com.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard & Discover. NO CASH ACCEPTED.
Payment at Bank
You may pay your bill at Community National Bank in Frost, TX. Their hours of operation are from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays.
First State Bank in Italy, Waxahachie, Ennis and Rice is now accepting payments at their locations. Their hours of operation are: Lobby- Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Drive-thru - Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.; Friday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
You may also leave it in the bank's Night Deposit drop, but please be aware that your payment will not be posted until the following business day. To avoid late fees, please make sure your payment is made on or before the due date.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
Payment by Phone
You may call the office during business hours to make a payment by phone with your debit or credit card. Please keep in mind that during heavy collection times, it may be hard to get through or you may have to hold. Late fees will not be waived due to not being able to get through on the 10th.
