We want to inform you that an issue occured with some of the auto payments for December. This issue prevented some automatic payments from processing. The problem has now been resolved. If you are enrolled in auto pay, future payments will process as scheduled beginning January 2026.

If your December payment did not process, please make a one-time payment on your PSN account or in person at the Office. If you have already submitted your December payment, no further action is needed.

Any late fees that resulted from this issue will be removed from your account.
