Alert
Low to no pressures in areas
February 19, 2026
Navarro Mills WSC crews worked until early morning to make repairs to the 6" water line that was damaged by the fiber optic company.
Due to the magnitude of repairs necessary some of the storage tanks were unable to fill overnight. We are working to reestablish water to these tanks.
Once we are able to fill the tanks we will begin pressurizing the system.
Currently a large majority are experiencing lower pressures, while Blooming Grove and Cryer Creek have low to no pressure.
Upon pressurizing the system, we wil turn our attention to flushing and sampling.
Thank you for your patience.

Water outage Wednesday February 18, 2026
February 18, 2026
The fiber company has hit another main water line on FM 667.
Crews worked through the night to restore pressure last night and now are working to repair the most recent damage.
Many will experience low to no water pressure during this time. Once repairs have been made, we will begin building the pressures, flushing and sampling.
TXDoT has been made aware of the ongoing issues and have halted all fiber installation until Monday of next week, in order to allow us to catch up. In addition, TXDoT has made contact with each contractor in order to ensure compliance with their rules and regulations regarding installations.
NMWSC crews will continue with repairs until service is completely restored to normal operating.
Please feel free to conatct Jim Metcalfe - General Manager (254) 578-1618 with any questions regarding this matter.
Thank you for your patience.
