2024 ANNUAL MEETING

 The Meeting will be held at the Navarro Mills Water Supply Office at 1160 FM 667 Purdon, Texas 76679 and will start at 6:00 PM on the 18^th day of April.  

 There will be no nominations from the floor for director’s positions, no motion, vote or other action will be allowed on any matter that was not previously noted on the official agenda.

                  The agenda for the Annual Members’ meeting is as follows:

1. Call the meeting to order at 6:00 PM by President
2. President will announce that a quorum of the membership is present and that thE meeting may proceed.
3. Auditor’s report on System Finances
4. Read and approve the previous Annual Meeting minutes.
5. Open or Public Forum (comments from the Membership- limit of three minutes         per member) 
6. Update reports
   1. Report of President
   2. Report of Office
   3. Report of Operator
7. Election Results (No nominations were filed) Election of two incumbents as        follows: SB 447 WSC Election Law
   1.  Uncontested election – Board remains the same
   2.  Entertain protest of the election, if any
   3. Newly elected directors are recognized and seated
   4. Comments from the directors, if any
8. Closing Comments by President
9. Adjournment of Meeting
